Q: Where are you located?
A: New Braunfels, Texas!
 
Q: Who makes all of the plushies?
A: Every little friend is designed, cut, sewn and packaged by me in my little home studio! My Mom and my Husband also help out with cutting and shipping on occasion.
 
Q: What materials are your friends made from?
A: Most of my friends are made from minky fabric, fleece, organic cotton and felt. Each is stuffed with high quality polyfil and then hand sewn shut.
I take pride in carefully hand making each little friend with high quality materials to ensure extra snuggle life.
 
Q: Can I wash my stuffy if they get dirty?
A: My little friends are hand wash/ Surface clean only. Air drying is recommended over machine drying.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Not at this time, no.
 
Q : If an item is "ready to ship" then why do I still have to wait 1-7 business days before it ships?
A : In order for me to keep items ready to ship I have to have a few systems in place and I have decided to designate Fridays as my official packing and shipping day! So, depending on what day of the week your order is placed, that will determine how quickly it ships out.
For example: If you order a friend on a Thursday, then your order will ship out the following day. However, if you order on a Friday, your order will not ship out until the following Friday in most cases.
 
Q: How do you go about shipping?
A: I ship all packages via First Class with USPS. Once your item is packaged you will receive an email with tracking info.
Most domestic orders take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International delivery times may vary.
Please know that during the Holidays there may be delays. I cannot do anything about this. Once I ship off your item, it is out of my hands. Please call your local postal service with any issues on delayed packages.
I am not responsible for lost of stolen packages nor can I be responsible for returned packages due to incorrect address. Shipping labels are printed directly from My Ship Station, so PLEASE, please, please make sure you enter the correct address at checkout. You will be responsible for additional shipping costs if the item(s) must be resent due to incorrect address.
 
Q: Is insurance included in my order?
A: No, it isn't. However, if you would like to add it you certainly may. Just add the domestic shipping with insurance option when you checkout and your item will then be covered.
 
Q: What if I need my order rushed?
A: For 2-3 day delivery, upgrade to Priority shipping.
For 1-2 day delivery, choose the Priority Express option.
 
Q: Do you ship outside of the US?
A: You bet! Feel free to contact me for the best rates.
 
Q: Can I cancel an order I've placed but has not shipped?
A: Sadly no. All sales are final. In order to cover my cost of materials and time, I cannot cancel order once they have been submitted.
 
Q: Can I return an item?
A: I know you will be smitten when you see your new friend but if for some reason you are not happy, please email me RIGHT AWAY and I will do everything in my power to put a smile back on your face. I am all about smiles and happiness around here!
